Peace Home, a home for needy children is a part of Christ Home Foundation. Located in Guduvanchery, it is a home for around 45 children (boys). A group of volunteers visited this orphanage in the month of July.
The day started with cutting of cake! The children were excited on seeing a group of “ANNAs” who had come to play with them. Various competitions like running race, balloon fighting, musical chair, and drawing competition were conducted. Various cultural competitions like singing and dancing were also conducted to keep them occupied and the winners were awarded. The interest shown by the children made our volunteers dumbstruck.
Then a game of cricket was played. The children were excited to play with their “ANNAs”.
