Education…. How many can afford it? There is a huge chunk of children who still dream about school. Thought-provoking, isn’t it? This is the inspiration behind United Hearts Foundation .United Hearts Foundation (UHF) is a social initiative that is committed to ‘giving back to the society’. It was started by a group of engineering college students. This later united many like minded students from various colleges.
A child from an under privileged family is forced to work in spite of his desire to study. Moreover, the dropout rate from schools is astonishingly high. Many students don’t make it to school due their financial crisis. As a famous saying goes, “Give me a fish and I will have a meal for a day. Teach me how to fish; I will have a meal for my life”, UHF believes that a change in the society will occur only when we seed the importance of education in it.
UHF helps the students to realize their self worth so that they can be empowered well enough to become a ‘successful’ individual. Today’s children are the pillars of future India. With the extraordinary weapon of education, we hope to strengthen India by offering it with an army of learned professionals who will contribute tremendously for a better future.
